When Boston interior designer Nina Farmer first spoke to the new owners of a 1904 English Arts and Crafts–style house in Winchester, just north of the city, the prospective clients had only a few relatively minor alterations in mind. Cheerful patterns offer a warm welcome in the entry, thanks in part to a custom wall treatment by local design studio SheShe.
